Shipping and Warehouse Associate

Location: Oldsmar, FL

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Shipping and Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as maintaining clean and orderly warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, checking, and accurately recording incoming shipments
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipping
  • Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • Maintaining clean and organized warehouse conditions
  • Assisting with inventory management and cycle counting
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for positions requiring operation of company vehicles)


Customer Service/Sales Representative

Location: Oldsmar, FL

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be interacting with customers to provide them with information about ATV & Side by Side products, take orders, and handle warranties/returns or concerns. The goal of a customer service/sales representative is to ensure the customer's needs are met and to promote customer satisfaction. This may involve answering customer inquiries over the phone, responding to email or online inquiries, or interacting with customers in person at our location in Oldsmar, FL. It will involve learning about our product lines so you can offer related products when customers inquire.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting customers with product selection and providing product information
  • Upselling products to customers
  • Processing orders and handling returns/warranties and exchanges
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
